Versatility Competition - Tyngsboro, MA - August 13
Kim Shields at Ride Like the Wind Stables in Tyngsboro is hosting another Versatility Competition on August 13th. For those who are interested in doing very different things with their horses, this is a great confidence-building experience for both horse and rider. The entry form is attached below. Dressage Days - King Oak Farm
King Oak Farm in Southampton, MA (where yours truly used to board and
show) is having its annual Dressage Days festival this weekend. For
anyone who is interested in learning more about Dressage, or in simply
watching some amazingly beautiful and sublime riding skill, definitely
check it out. The hosts, Tom and Fran Cross, always put on an
incredibly well-run show. One of the few large-scale Dressage shows in

Azrael Acres - Open Show and 2-Phase
Azrael Acres in Uxbridge, MA is having a flat/jumping
Open Show on Sunday July 24th and a XC 2-Phase and Dressage Show on July
31. Faith and Louis Perini are known for putting on some really fun
shows and schooling clinics at their farm. Great people, and always a
great time. If you are interested in learning a little more about
Eventing and/or the three phases, check out the show in July 31st. The event is also looking for volunteers. This is a great way to learn the ins and outs of a particular discipline.
